2027 Registration Fees:

  • Single Participant: $990.00 USD
  • Couple Participants: $1,875.00 USD
  • Guest (Age 2 & Under): $0.00
  • Guest (Ages 3–11): $150.00 USD
  • Guest (Ages 12–20): $250.00 USD
  • Guest (Age 21+): $350.00 USD

Additional Fees:

  • Guest Dinner Ticket: $175.00 USD

Guest Information

Guest Tickets include the opening Welcome Reception, breakfast Monday-Wednesday, and afternoon refreshments Monday-Wednesday. 

Dinner Guests
Tickets to the Group Cocktail Reception and Dinner are available for adult guests, age 21 and older, for an additional fee (see sidebar).

CME Participant registration fees include

  • All education sessions and CME Credit
  • Opening Welcome Reception on Sunday, January 24
  • Continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Afternoon refreshments on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Cocktail Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, January 27
    • Includes a cocktail reception, a three-course dinner, and beer and wine with dinner
    • One (1) dinner ticket is included per CME participant
    • Additional dinner tickets may be purchased for guests age 21 and older at $175 USD
